Guests use this website to book directly and commission-free – you use Pea-Pod to manage all bookings and information for your website.
Have your own booking platform
Manage a single holiday home or an entire portfolio – from individual rooms to entire houses. Units can also be set up as a parent-child structure (e.g. an entire house + individual flats), so that booking conflicts are automatically prevented.
Set as many seasonal periods as you like for each property, each with its own prices; add discount rules (e.g. early bird, long-stay) and specify additional costs such as end-of-stay cleaning or tourist tax – the total price is calculated automatically.
Upload as many photos as you like, arrange them using drag & drop and organise them into categories such as bedrooms, kitchen or outdoor areas – this automatically creates a clear and organised gallery on your website.
Answer recurring guest enquiries and, where necessary, link to external pages (e.g. directions, house rules, local recommendations) – the FAQ section will automatically appear on your generated website.
No commission, no middlemen
Guests submit their booking enquiries directly via your website – without any involvement from Airbnb, Booking.com and the like, and without incurring any commission fees for Pea-Pod.
Pea-Pod imports and exports availability calendars with external platforms. This ensures that all calendars remain automatically synchronised, preventing a property from being accidentally double-booked – neither on your own website nor on the other connected platforms.
If you already have your own website, you can embed the Pea-Pod booking calendar via an iFrame – guests book directly on your usual site, whilst management is still handled entirely through Pea-Pod.
As soon as a booking is confirmed, a tenancy agreement is automatically generated as a PDF – in the guest’s language, where available, otherwise in English.
Based on confirmed bookings (both your own and external ones), Pea-Pod automatically generates a cleaning schedule between stays as well as a clear arrival checklist – ideal for coordinating with cleaning staff or reception staff.
Minimal costs, no commission
Unlike traditional booking portals, Pea-Pod does not take a cut of your booking revenue – regardless of how many bookings you process via the platform.
Payments are made exclusively directly between you and your guest (e.g. by bank transfer or in cash) – Pea-Pod does not process or manage your earnings at any stage.
There is a low fixed monthly fee for using Pea-Pod, regardless of the number of bookings or turnover – transparent and easy to calculate, rather than percentage-based fees. The exact pricing has not yet been finalised. However, the plan is for the monthly cost to be under €10 when paying annually.

Using the details you’ve provided (text, images, prices, FAQs), Pea-Pod automatically creates a complete, professionally designed website for your accommodation – without the need for any programming or design skills.
The generated website is built as a static page, so it isn’t dynamically reloaded every time it’s accessed. This ensures very short loading times and high stability, even with many simultaneous visitors.
The website is generated with a clean page structure, meta data and thumbnails – essential elements for good discoverability on Google as well as eye-catching previews when the link is shared on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. Every improvement to the website’s structure benefits all Pea-Pod subscribers free of charge.
The availability calendar on your website not only shows your direct bookings, but also – via calendar synchronisation – bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and other connected platforms – guests always see the latest availability and prices.
If you change prices, images or text, your website is automatically rebuilt and published. Even as Pea-Pod itself is further developed, you automatically benefit from improvements without having to do anything yourself.
Choose between different design templates for your website (currently including ‘Classic’ and ‘Modern’, amongst others). Further templates are being added on an ongoing basis, so you’ll be able to customise your site even further in the future.
Your website is automatically translated into several languages, so that international guests can read all content in their own language. Translations can be manually adjusted if required.
Communication that gets through
Communicate directly with your guests via the integrated chat – right from the booking enquiry stage and throughout their entire stay.
You and your guest are automatically notified by email as soon as a new chat message arrives or the status of a booking changes (e.g. confirmed, deposit received) – nobody misses important updates.
After departure, Pea-Pod automatically sends a friendly review request to the guest for direct bookings – without you having to remember to do it yourself.
You can also use Pea-Pod to send a review request for your own website to guests who have booked with you via Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms – this helps your review profile grow regardless of the booking source.
Reviews you receive appear (once you’ve approved them) automatically and in an attractive format on your generated website – a strong sign of trust for future guests, with absolutely no manual effort required.
